What if the customer doesn't say book?
Non-booking messages get a friendly generic reply. Edit the intent keyword in Is Booking Request? to match your audience.
Which Cal.com event does it use?
Set your eventTypeId in Get Cal.com Availability — that controls which calendar and duration is offered.
Does it create the Cal.com booking?
It returns slots for the customer to choose. Add a second HTTP node to create the booking when they reply with a time.
Where are sessions stored?
Every SMS session is saved to your Airtable Sessions table for analytics and follow-up.
